This 7-day safari with Highneck offers a unique chance to spot the Big Five while enjoying premium accommodations. You'll experience the raw beauty of Africa, observe wildlife up close, and photograph Tanzania’s stunning landscapes. The tour includes full board, a private 4x4 Jeep with water, sockets, and binoculars, plus expert guidance from an English-speaking guide and full support from a trusted Arusha-based operator.
Day 1; Arrival in Arusha
One of our safari guides will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and take you to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax and settle in for the night. You'll have the evening to rest or, if you prefer, enjoy a complimentary guided tour of the city as you get ready for your safari adventure starting the next day.

Day 2; Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning, you'll be picked up from your lodge and begin a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, carrying a packed lunch for the day.
Famous for its impressive elephant herds and varied landscapes, ranging from open savannas to seasonal swamps, Tarangire also offers the chance to spot lions on the hunt or leopards lounging in the trees. After your game drive, we’ll head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3-4; Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we’ll head toward the Serengeti, with lunch served at a scenic spot inside the park. You’ll spend the afternoon on a game drive before arriving at your camp for the night.
The next day is dedicated to a full-day game drive, exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti famous for its migrating herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelope. Keep your eyes open for predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards playing their part in nature’s circle of life.

Day 5; Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we’ll leave for a game drive in Ngorongoro Crater, carrying packed lunches. This remarkable park features the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and is considered one of Africa’s natural wonders. Home to around 30,000 large animals, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and cheetahs, along with countless bird species like flamingos and eagles, Ngorongoro offers incredible wildlife viewing in a short amount of time.

Day 6; Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we’ll set off for Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunches for a game drive. After exploring the park, we’ll transfer you back to Arusha for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.
Lake Manyara is renowned for its tree-climbing lions and lively baboon troops that often line the roadside as you enter. The park’s unique scenery and diverse wildlife make it a memorable stop on your safari.

After breakfast you’ll relax at the lodge and, if time allows, go on a short tour in Arusha for shopping. You’ll then transfer to the Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airports.
